Senior Paid Search Specialist - Full-time

Description

We are seeking a motivated Sr.Paid Search Specialist with a proven track record of rolling out robust media campaigns across search and other paid media channels. Our ideal candidate is a Google stack expert with brand and performance marketing success in health, wellness, or beauty services, but other markets are welcome. This role reports to our Director of Performance Media.

Responsibility

  • Plan, manage, and execute Paid Search, YouTube, Discovery and Google Display Network campaigns including but not limited to campaign development, organization, and day-to-day management.
  • Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, keyword expansion, ad copy/creative testing, and landing page recommendations based on performance.
  • Keep at the forefront of SEM and PPC industry trends, developments, betas and best practices.
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Produce month-end performance reports, quarterly plans, and additional ad hoc analyses as required.
  • Prepare and present weekly/ monthly reports and make recommendations to corporate partners based on KPI’s, ROI, and other various metrics.
  • As the product expert, support the Account Management Team by interfacing when necessary with individual business owners and regional Co-Op groups.
  • Responsible for implementing tactical improvements to meet client’s ROI and CPA objectives in partnership with the Account Management Team.
  • Continuously look at avenues to increase performance and experiment with different methods driving traffic and leads.
  • Help develop other Paid Media/Display/Video campaigns and work together with Creative and Account Management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of PPC and Paid Media experience managing large campaigns on Google, Bing, YouTube and the Google Display Network.
  • Deep knowledge of Google stack including Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data analysis and Excel.
  • Must be able to draw actionable insights from data and make specific recommendations while being adept to change in market dynamics.
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
  • Google Ads platform certification
  • Experience managing monthly search budgets of $50K+
  • Excellent verbal communication and experience working well with teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work nonlinearly with solid time management and prioritization of tasks
  • Challenged by working in a fast-paced, open and entrepreneurial environment
  • Google Ads 360 and DV360 marketing platform experience a plus
  • Meet in person twice a week in Irvine, with three days remote
  • Business-casual attire for client meetings/video calls (professional shirts with sleeves)
