Account Manager - Digital Marketing - Full-time

Description

The Account Manager is a role that requires a genuine service-oriented professional who is an excellent communicator and can adapt his/her demeanor to serve a wide variety of client personalities and digital competencies. This person naturally excels at relationship-building and earning people’s trust. Candidates will be very detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and effectively collaborate with peers to solve problems and unearth new ideas.

Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong, positive, long-lasting relationships with individual business owners, their team and their regional Co-Op groups.
  • Patiently, politely, and professionally guide clients via video, phone call and email through all aspects of their digital marketing services with OTT, including onboarding, training on OTT’s proprietary software and performance recommendations.
  • In collaboration with OTT’s Digital Performance team, regularly review clients’ digital advertising performance and help develop strategic budget and/or tactic recommendations that meet the goals of the individual and region.
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow a client’s business and/or OTT’s business.
  • Create virtual and deliver live presentations to clearly and confidently deliver performance reviews, new tactics and budget recommendations on a monthly or as needed basis.
  • Meet weekly with your fellow Account Managers and brand Marketing teams to ensure the successful onboarding and grand opening of new locations and provide regional updates.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure client details, settings, and services are accurate as well as troubleshoot and resolve platform inconsistencies should they arise.
  • Recording and attending to client requests in a timely fashion, and enlisting assistance from other OTT departments as needed.
  • Using all of OTT’s business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned and projects well managed in accordance with deadlines.

Requirements

  • >3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably at a Marketing company
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising
  • Stellar time-management and task prioritization
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides or Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Desire to research in-depth and learn your accounts
  • Ability to pivot comfortably with objectives, procedures and deadlines
  • Resourceful with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Deliver persuasive recommendations via live and video conferences (Zoom and Google Meet), phone calls or emails
  • Able to overcome objections
  • Meet in person twice a week in Irvine, with three days remote
  • Google Adwords Certification within first 3 months of OTT employment
